Alec Kohn spent three years as a prosecutor in the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, where he served as an Assistant Chief in the crimes unit overseeing 40 attorneys, and later as a felony trial attorney. He handled thousands of cases from first appearance through post-trial hearings, practiced before more than 12 judges in Miami alone, and has tried more than 20 cases to verdict in both bench and jury trials.
He then spent a year at a prominent civil litigation firm, handling a wide range of high-stakes, complex matters from pre-suit demands through post-trial litigation, and going up against Fortune 500 companies and top defense firms on behalf of injured clients.
